Pre Enrolment allows site teams and workers to get to work safer and sooner every day.

On site inductions take at least one hour every day on all construction sites. The presentation format creates a challenge for site teams trying to get a group of different types of workers to engage with health, safety and environmental information that is relevant to them.

Pre Enrolment is a web application that replaces the on site induction. Before arriving on site, the workers themselves enter their information and upload verified credentials. Based on the data submitted, they then complete a tailored induction. This comprises of a number of sections each containing a video followed by two multiple choice questions. Each worker is responsible for ensuring the information that they enter is kept up-to-date and that they renew the induction process at set intervals (e.g. once every 12 months). Pre Enrolment provides specific information to relevant workers; it can also gather additional information from relevant workers.

Pre Enrolment provides a contractor with proof that they have provided a consistent level of Health and Safety information. By answering questions each worker provides proof that this information has been understood.

An individual worker will complete specific videos and questions based on the information they submit.

The video below provides an example of the content that we can create for a contractor's Pre Enrolment. This example is taken from Willmott Dixon's Pre Enrolment. To ensure the information from the videos is understood, the worker must correctly answer both of multiple choice questions that follow. PRICING ESTIMATOR

Pre Enrolment adds value by saving time for the sites it is running on.

Workers complete an induction at defined intervals (e.g. once every 12 months) instead of on every new site they arrive on.

The estimator allows you to calculate what you might expect to pay for Pre Enrolment. The cost per site decreases with the number of sites and scales for contractors of all sizes.

The estimator works on an economy of scale whereby a discount is applied when threshold site numbers are reached (10, 50, 100).
